Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
 
Defective or Damaged Items:
For damaged item(s), please address your concern to info@thebriellebeauty.com with the customer name, order number and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from of the date of purchase.
 
If The Brielle Beauty considers the items damaged or defective, the product(s) will be replaced by TheBrielleBeauty.com. If the item is addressed after 30 days, the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and we can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
 
Mistake Orders:
If your package is incomplete, please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to info@thebriellebeauty.com within 10 days from the delivery date. Once confirmed by The Brielle Beauty the missing item(s) will be replaced by TheBrielleBeauty.com. After the give time frame, The Brielle Beauty is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
